Is this wallpaper acceptable?

This is my first time ordering wallpaper. I paid $330 for 37sq ft… just a half wall. Is this acceptable quality? Does wallpaper normally look this bad up close? I purchased it from Etsy and the shop had good reviews. If I zoom in on the ad you can see that it’s a bit pixelated… but I never thought I would need to zoom in. It’ll probably look ok once it’s installed, but I feel like for the price I paid it should be decent quality? What do you guys think?
