You can create anything out of nothing but it only exists for a hour.

For example, you have to cross a river and there's no bridge or anything so you just create a boat out of nowhere and use it to cross.

If you create food to eat the food will disappear from your stomach after the hour is up leaving you as hungry as before.

You can even create people if you want. Whether or not they are real or just a convincing imitation is up to you to decide but they still disappear after an hour.

Edit: I forgot that while you can create a person with a set of skills that doesn't necessarily mean they will want to use them to help you.
