At least we'll always have HW Remastered

Lately I've been playing around in Wargames and started thinking that it's around time for the first DLC to drop post-launch (July) and I started thinking...is it even going to happen? Besides myself there we're around 100 people playing the game for the last week. Is it even worth Gearbox/BBI's time to put effort into this anymore?

I love the series, and I see the glimpses of a really fun gameplay experience in HW3...but it is really starting to feel like this is the end for a game that hit the ground hard on takeoff. It'd be nice to get into some new units/gameplay tweaks but even if the studios manage to push out the next road map item I'm not optimistic it will be more than the pirate carrier with a handful of grab-bag ships already in-game.

I just remember being so absolutely hyped when the announcement came out a third HW was in development, maybe it's just grief. I'll keep playing wargames and some skirmish maps here and there but it'll be a real shame if this ends up being it for the game.
