The Airpods have been sitting in a desk drawer for a while now, doing some spring cleaning so I figured I'd see if anyone can get use out of these.

-Purchased from Best Buy in March of 2022. No warranty or AppleCare on them (or else I'd just warranty them, I love the things lol)

-Worked great, and then suddenly didn't lol. It appears to be a battery issue, but there may be more wrong.

-No status light when not plugged in, status light will come on and full reset is possible when they're plugged in, but I still can't get them to connect. They're not currently connected to an Apple Account.

-I took them to Apple but I guess the way they repair these is you send them off and whatever it costs is whatever they charge you, it was between $90 and $300 to fix them so I didn't want to take that gamble

If you've got any questions feel free to ask, really trying to give all the info with these since they are non-working.
