Official Transcripts for ASU

So i have applied to ASU - Data Science, Analytics and Engineering (Computing and Decision Analytics). I wasn't aware that it required the submission of official transcripts from the university itself. Wasn't that for after receiving the admit? Is anyone aware of how to send electronic copies from India to ASU (I am an SPPU student).
