Help me pick one of these Nintendo games!

Hey all. So through circumstances too complicated to explain, I have the opportunity to pick any of the following games for free. And I don't know what to pick!

Luigi's Mansion 2 HD

Luigi's Mansion 3

Super Mario RPG

Captain Toad's Treasure Tracker

Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope

Detective Pikachu Returns

Mario Strikers

Pikmin 1 + 2

A little about me: I've never played a Luigi's Mansion game. I've never played the original Mario RPG, and I don't really like turn-based RPG's (though I did like PM:TTYD). Never played Captain Toad, but I like puzzle games. Never played an X-Comm-style tactical game before, also never played anything with Rabbids. Never played Pokemon before either. Never played a Strikers game before. And finally, I own and have played most of Pikmin 4 and liked it.

So which one should I pick?

EDIT: Thank you all for the suggestions! I ended up picking none of these lol, because another game got thrown into the mix that I wasn't aware of: Echoes of Wisdom. I loved the Link's Awakening remake so I decided to pick it up. I'll definitely keep all of the games in mind if this ever happens again.
