Hey what has everyone been doing for thin hair?

My hair got thin after a year on t and I’m not really likeing it has anyone tryed something that helped them with there thinning hair? It’s been a issue and it’s really annoying. Don’t get me wrong I’m super happy to be on t but the thin hair is not a look I like haha
