What’s the best cheap summer fragrance?

Hello I am brand new to fragrances. What’s the best summer fragrance that’s in the 30-50$ I could get off Amazon? I’m 20 years old so I’m looking for that “younger” maybe ocean smell but of course I am open to all suggestions. Thanks for the help!
