Eyedopper conversion

Is cyanoacrylate glue (superglue) a suitable adhesive for plugging the small holes at the top of a Lamy Safari rollerball pen barrel to convert it into an eyedropper fountain pen? Will fountain pen ink interact with cyanoacrylate? Is another adhesive preferable for this purpose? Related advice?
