8 days post-surgery!

I read many posts about surgery to get myself ready for surgery on my right foot. It was last Thursday, 12/5. Doing my best to follow all of the advice to simply rest and elevate! The procedures that made up my surgery were: Right gastroc recession

FDL tendon transfer to the navicular

Subtalar joint fusion

Medial displacement calcaneal osteotomy

Second through fourth toe flexor tenotomies with the use of proximal tibial bone graft
