Where actually is Golden Freddy in Fnaf 1?

I've never seen him on the cams except for on the poster in the East Hall. I thought he should be in like, backstage but I've never seen him, even if I look hard enough. I know the cams will have a lot of blind spots he could be hiding in, but there has to be an actual, physical place where you can find him, right? Does anyone actually know where he's supposed to be? Is he even in the pizzeria?
