Clogged Duct

Looking for some tips please😫😫 Woke up this morning with an incredibly painful boob as I am pretty sure I have a rather clogged duct. I pumped about 2 hours beforehand and woke back up with lumps in the breast and nasty pain. I am usually on a schedule of pumping every 2-3 hours as I pump exclusively. I took a warm bath, used a warm compress and tried hand expressing and my electric pump more than normal but it is not giving me enough relief. Someone PLEASE give me tips🫶🏼
