is this breville barista express for $350 a good deal? Budget // [$300-$500]

Saw this on FB marketplace. Do you guys think it’s a good deal? I want to get an espresso machine and have been eyeing the market. I was considering buying a slightly used Bambino and Encore ESP for about $490 in total off amazon when I saw this. Not sure what’s going on in the 2nd pic or if that dinged up reserve can be replaced. If it’s a good deal, how should I go about making sure everything works properly before buying?
