So I'm 23 Male , that has severe dysfuction erectil turns out i can't get hard when i whith a woman dosent matter if i like her or if it's She's hot i dosent work.

Then when i get home AND watch porn i get incredible hard i just dont understand.

So i Made a list of my posible causes that may de happening so you guys can help me.

1- I'm addicted to porn i have to watch porn everyday.

2 I'm using probone masturabtion since i was 10 i read it could lead to penis dysfuction

3-i didn't even orgasm or realese semen anymore because i do it too much

4- i get anxious just cause i can't stay hard

5-i have low libido (i Wanna increase this)
