Best Magicka nightblade setup?

I really need a good high damage magblade build, most things i see have so many variations and i get lost not knowing what to get. I have eso+ but not necrom. I just want something that is generally good in pve. You can tell i am inexperienced so go easy on me :P cp630 btw if that matters
