Am I wrong, or is this customer crazy?
Customer received an auto approved refund after going to support, she seemed pissed being notified of a delay in shipment. Practically stealing from the shop. I am not too bent up seeing it was only $10 but man, it makes me think she has done this before. The unnecessary detail she sent just makes me think she’s crazy. I sent her official tracking information to track her package coming from china post. Should I block her, so she never has the chance to do this again? She left bad review saying I was shipping from Amazon, which doesn’t make sense considering her item would be there two days tops.
