Support Please

My boyfriend ordered the Obsidian Skin for his Steam Deck and got the essential kit, as well as the extra track pad skin pack. He received it and didn’t get the full front skin, or the track pad skins. It’s been over a week since he reached out to support, and has still not heard anything. Has anyone else had this issue?
