Men think professional women are masculine?
I became a lawyer at 26 years old and it was my dream for the longest time so I’m really happy and proud of myself. I keep seeing on Reddit that men find professional women “masculine” and it’s a “turn off”? And that men don’t want a girl with drive and ambition? I find that so confusing because I’ve never encountered such a thing in real life. 50% of my law school class was women, most of which were feminine girls who also had no problem attracting men for the long term. Everyone just seems genuinely proud and happy for us.
Also, for those who have been poisoned by the tv show “Suits”, most of us entry level lawyers are not corporate boss babes making 6 figures.
Thoughts? Do you feel this way?
