How do men feel about shy/quiet women

It feels like physical attraction is usually the biggest factor, and personality traits like being shy, outgoing, or outspoken don’t necessarily make or break things. Some guys might prefer quieter girls because it makes them feel more in control or less intimidated, while others might be more drawn to confident, outspoken women who can match their energy. But in general, i do feel like men tend to gravitate to women who are more outspoken and outwardly confident.

Obviously, everyone has their own preferences, and no one should change their personality just to fit an ideal. But I’m curious of your guys thoughts.
