y’all i’m so mad 😭

i’m going on a cruise vacation and brought a couple projects with (some random yarn to make a bandana and a skirt i’m making for a coworker), and i’m using a 3.5mm hook for both. last night in the hotel i took the hook out to work on my skirt for a little bit to wind down before bed. i had it in the same bag as my pajamas so i took that out as well to change. after coming out of the bathroom my hook just……disappeared. i have turned this hotel room upside down looking for it and checked all my bags multiple times and it is just GONE. it’s the next morning now and i STILL haven’t found it and i have to leave in less that an hour to go to the port. i hate having to leave the lost hook at the hotel but i truly cannot find it for the life of me. to make it worse, that’s the ONLY 3.5mm hook i have and now i can’t work on EITHER of my projects! i have a pouch with a variety of different hooks but of course there was only ONE 3.5mm hook in the set. i feel like im going crazy because it feels like this shit has just fallen off the face of the earth 😭😭
