I'm curious

For those of us who have resorted to mouthwash/hand sanitizer, what are the circumstances which led you to choose to consume that? I drank cooking wine and vanilla extract when I was underage, but only because I couldn't just go buy booze. Granted, I live in the US and maybe things are different elsewhere. But, booze is cheap and plentiful. It's easy to acquire, even if you have to sweat out a few hours before the store opens. So, tldr: if you've consumed mouthwash or hand sanitizer to get drunk, I want to hear the stories of why.
