Chime - COMMUNICATE to us re: MyPay. Redditers, stop judging others, please

My check went up this month but my MyPay limit was halved. Plus, it went from giving me access to $19 per day to $7 per day, which wouldn’t give me access to all of it in the month.

I see criticism of those that use it, saying we feel entitled to it but the problem is the LACK OF COMMUNICATION and outright LYING done by Chime. They don’t explain what’s going on and why and if you try to simply find out what’s going on they attempt to pacify you by saying they’ll reset your MyPay so you can have access to all of it (this was literally said to me) but then it doesn’t happen.

If I have to wait to have access to more of it, so be it. I can budget and/or plan better. But don’t lie to me. Don’t tell me you’re going to do something you know you can’t do. And just EXPLAIN things to your customers. No platitudes, no lies. Just an explanation.

And to those judging us, I am going to pull a Flo here but I shall make you look that up. You’re not perfect either.
