False Advertising by Flair Airlines (Borderline SCAM) On time voucher waiting for almost 60 days!!!

PLEASE HELPP!! I traveled from Abbotsford to Calgary on 30th Nov my 25th birthday with my family. I had to sit in airport for more than 2 hours. Arrival time was 15:30 local time and Actual arrival time was 17:35. I am yet to recive any compensation from airlines whereas they promise 48 hour to receive the OTG voucher for delayed flights. Even my returning leg was 59mins late but they ruined my 25th birthday while sitting at a airport and also my hotel booking for that day. This costed me almost all of my 25th Birthday. I was travelling with my family so that is 3 vouchers for 60$ each. Moreover I have emailed them 10 times in past 60 days and all they do is give the same reply: "We are currently still awaiting a response from our Finance Department regarding the status of your voucher". THEY PROMISE 48 hours it's been more than 50 days FFS.

THIS IS NOT DONE. PLEASE ADVISE WHAT TO DO?
