Rough calories?!
My dinner earlier, very random mix of shit I need to use up. It’s 1 chicken thigh, some white rice, roasted carrots, a roasted sweet potato with a blob of butter like a tablespoon probably, tomato, broccoli and spring onion. I used maybe 2 tablespoons of oil to roast the potato and carrots. Any help would be appreciated!!
