The Silver-Lining of HMHAS's snub.

To preface, I'm very happy Beyoncé was finally awarded the highest honor. I think there's a general consensus that she should've received it for Self-Titled or Lemonade. This was long overdue for her.

I felt terrible watching the hurt in Billie's face but there's a silver lining. When TS went home empty handed for Red, she realized that the industry didn't view her as an artist that was bringing something new to the table and decided to completely revamp her artistry and come back stronger with 1989. A pop masterpiece. We should all be flooding Billie's comments and encouraging her to use this pain as fuel.

Billie's 1989 is on the horizon. I can feel it!
