Face of autistic people

Hi, so I noticed that autistic people does have a « special face » Im talking about « Asperger or high autistic person » (I don’t enjoy this terms but it’s to be clear with you guys) As if we had our own faces that is specific to us My boyfriend told me that I had a specific face and autistic people that I know does have too. No offense, I’m not saying that we’re ugly but I’m wondering if someone else noticed it.
