Living against what I grew up with

Hi redditors! So I (19 and an agnostic) have very different beliefs than my family, most friends and in general most people in my country. Religion is so connected to traditions in Poland, that the only way of living life I know is the religious one. Baptism, first communion, confirmation, church wedding, baptising children etc. and honestly I don't want any of that. But because its so connected to the culture i cant imagine not doing church wedding, even though i dont care about any of it. I dont want to baptise my future child and I know people will eat me alive for that and for most od my decisions. So my question is for people who started living "against the religious tradition" how do you get thru life not enforcing believes you grew up with?
