New SHARP reg, y'all

FYI everybody, the new SHARP reg just dropped. The official publication date was last week, my office got word of it today. AR 600-52 is now available on Army Pubs and supersedes the relevant portions of AR 600-20 on 10 February. I haven't dug into it yet, but there should be some pretty substantial changes.
