I need to hear some of your thoughts about a building I am working on

Hello all architecture lovers. I would like to hear your thoughts about what I should do with this building since I am lost as of now. I am a middle schooler in architecture, this is my fifth year and we have 2 more months to design a house ourselves for our end exam. I took on something I feel a bit too big for myself. I don't know too much since in these 5 years we didn't learn enough but I am trying. So I have a few questiong I'd like to ask. Is there anything I should change of the interior? How should I organize the rooms? This will be for a small family with 1 guest room and a guest toilet. Should I change anything on the exterior, I don't know what kind of openings I should use, put and where. Since because of the top of the roof I'll need a lot of natural light from outside. This is what I have right now and the style I like and want to achieve.
