Date of charge/order

I’m trying to place my order for July. I got an email that I was charged the $17.99 on the 30th. But when I went to place my order today of 2 books it’s trying to charge me again for the $17.99 plus the $9.99 for the extra book. I’m trying to email them, are they pretty responsive?
