Ongoing issues with Zwift Play Controllers and terrible customer support....

So I started having issues with my Zwift Play controllers on 12/31/2024 (purchased as a set with the Zwift Ride bike and paired with a kickr core) The right controller (Y A Z B) started malfunctioning during rides resulting in the "B" seemingly being pressed repeatedly, this makes it impossible to select anything with the right controller as the "B" is essentially a "back" button. Due to using the Zwift COG I need the controller powered on to shift but then need to turn it off to use any other functions (I have to use the companion app or computer once the controller is off obviously)

I submitted a ticket as the issue progressed after restarting the system and performing all of the troubleshooting steps on Zwifts website (Ride on Bombs also began to auto trigger as well as power ups and now the controller will not hold power unless contsantly plugged in) To note the AI support system on thier website is absoltuly horrible... the key phrase "Zwift Play Failure" "Zwift Play Malfunction" and "Zwift Play Issues" all gave me the recommendation to purchase a new product from them.

I finally recieved a support response 4 days later with a link to the exact same troubleshooting steps on their website (Which I had already followed and outlined in my frustrations after arguing with their AI support system that I didn't want to purchase another product from them) along with the response that the ticket was "Closed" but to respond and they would re-open the ticket. Today marks a week since the original issue and 3 days since I responded that a re-calibration and factory reset did not work for the 5th time.

A product that costs well over 800$ along with a monthly subscription of 20$ (I have been a paying member for over 2 years) should warrant better customer support in my opinion. As someone that races in Ladder, ZRL/WTRL activly (Already cancelled on my races this week) this is beyond frustrating.

Has anyone else had similar issues with thier controllers? Anyone find a quick resolution or ability to speak with a real human being at Zwift to correct their problems?
