[Question] Do I really need to adjust the date every other month?!

Just getting in to the hobby, and I’m going crazy trying to understand if quartz movements like the e168 in the Promaster BN0200-56E have annual calendars, or do I have to adjust the date every other month?

The official site only says “date” but I’ve seen third-party sites claim it’s an annual calendar.

I’d imagine that in a quartz movement, implementing an annual calendar would be easy, but then again, I might be very wrong.

What’s a sure way to tell apart watches that need to be adjusted constantly from the annual calendar ones who only need adjustment once a year?

Any help would be much appreciated!
