Is this rust bad? Should i fix it ASAP?

Is this rust severe? I was planning on restoring my impreza 1993. I got it for free last year after 20 years not running and i revived it, the engine is still good till this day because i like to maintenance the car's engine (mileage 130,000+km) and the engine bay.
