Did changing your setup change your game? I changed my PC and monitor and won 27 of my last 30 games

Before, I played on a small screen laptop that ran the game at around 30 - 40 fps. Now I have a 75hz monitor, I play with a high FPS and it's like everything has changed.
Maybe you're not bad, you just have a mediocre setup? I can't wait to see where I can go.
