I-485 denied due to missing polio vaccination on rfe

Hey guys so my I-485 denied due to missing vaccination polio vaccination so uscis ask for rfe for medical once i submit week later they denied my I-485 due to missing polio shot so what ur suggestion now I have reapply or file 1-290B
