I need a bit of help

So I have two business admin apprenticeship offers.

(APPRENTICESHIP A) I have an offer for one (working as a business admin receptionist apprentice) but the pay is at around £6.40 per hour - around $8 USD per hour.

(APPRENTICESHIP B) I have an interview next month (same position) but the pay is more than double what the previous apprenticeship offers (£22-23k per annum which is roughly $27-28k USD). Problem is that one starts way later in March.

If I go for apprenticeship A, I might get my interview cancelled as I'll already be labelled as an apprentice on the government website (which the employers can see).

If I go for apprenticeship B, that means I'd have to reject apprenticeship A and go for a role that isn't guaranteed for me (still have to succeed in the interview).
