A sign of the recession worsening I've been nooticing.

Get these gosh damn Target shoppers outta my poor person safe spaces. I'm talking about the damn Dollar Tree here. Used to be sad old people living on social security tryna subsist off of pickles, bagels and rice, broke people in scooby doo sweatpants buying some off brand chips, ramen and spaghetti-o's and stressed out teachers stocking up on notebooks and pencils and stickers, no more than a couple people in the store at a time and now you got these nice looking people coming in, overwhelming the store and doing a whole grocery run when the stores only got 1 person on the register at a time. I just want to get my 2 litre of RC Cola, a tijuana mama sausage and some laundry detergent but Karen, Tiffany and Jess in front of me each got a weeks worth of groceries yapping on their iphone 20s while their kids scream and shout begging for a Robux card! And my local dollar tree doesn't even have a frozen food section which now Im kinda thankful for. 2 times in the past week I put my shit back on the shelf and just waked out with the beef jerky and candy I had stuffed in my hoodie pocket. I haven't been to my local wally world in a minute and I wonder how much the demographics of that store have changed, I know in the 08 recession a lot more people became wal mart regulars. Anyone else noticing shit like this or am I just being a grumpy schizo?
