Any Freshmen transfer success stories on low HS GPA but good stats in college

I submitted my applications to all my colleges already but I am so scare to get rejected from all of them. I am a freshmen trying to transfer to some top50s and a few top25s but my HS GPA is a 3.3 but my college is a 3.94 for first semester. I have decent extracurricular (not trying to glaze myself) and decent essays.

I just want to see some success stories or insights if anyone was able to transfer from freshmen to sophomore year with a low-mid HS gpa?
