Thoughts on this listing?

I am considering making an offer on this listing but wanted to gauge other peoples opinions on the property. Any thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated. I am locked in at 5.09% 3 year fixed. It’s an 11-year old one bedroom condo townhouse, close to home (Mississauga) where I currently live with my family, it’s within my budget, and maintenance fees are relatively low. I’m single with about 50,000 in savings for a down payment. I would much prefer to buy a 2 bedroom, but it’s not within my budget at this time. Alternatively, I can save for another year or two and try to find something in the future when rates are a little lower, but I’m not sure if a 2 bedroom is even realistic at that later date without a dual income.
