Please help

37M, pain started in left knee in march. I have a history of issues with this knee but there was no injury and it got bad quick, ortho tried cortisone which didnt work and then prednisone 12 day taper which helped until i got off. By april it was back full force and had went to both shoulders. Worse in mornings, to the point that i couldnt put weight on my leg or lift my arms up. Another week went by and jt was in my left thumb and all the fingers on my right hand. Severe pain everywhere but only swelling in the knee. Back in steroids in may, rhuematologist was 3 months out. After another 12 day taper i was back fully enflamed and desperate. By this time i had changed diet completely, had 100 blood tests and xrays (all normal aside from elevated crp between 16-24 on any given test, and supplements from naturopath. Finally got into rhuem early and he took more blood and put me back on prednisone. Tapered down to 7.5 mg and staying there but i hate the side effects. My life and business are falling apart and i dont know what to do, hesitant to go on immunosuppressants with no diagnosis. Any suggestions here would be greatly appreciated
