MOD / DBS 60%

Seeing posts about OGDs and the 60% attendance, does anyone know what is happening in MOD/DBS?

We're meant to be moving to 3 days from April 2nd. Last staff call we had (February I think) said this was 100% absolute, but there's been zero guidance issued, no emails, no updates on the intranet....Does anyone know what's happening?
