Haven’t Received Welcome to the Program Email or Other Info

(US) I was accepted into the online task contributor program on November 19th and started doing tasks on raterhub. I emailed support about a couple other question I had on November 28th and they answered everything within 24 hours. When I asked them about where I can check my task history they told me to login to the community portal using my login information from the welcome to the program email. I replied telling them I never received the email and asked how long it usually takes and haven’t received a response. I sent a follow up email on December 3rd and still no response to either email. I also still don’t have a worksheet available even though I’ve maxed out my hours each week and haven’t received any information on how payment works or how to set up my payment information.

Has anyone ever had to wait this long for their welcome to the program email? When is more information usually given to set up payments?
