Ex-Boxers or fighters here?

Does Anybody know of any groups in major cities (US)where i can find people gone thru similiar events like me?

After my boxing injury in 2021 I have never been the same since. After A few months everything detioriated so bad. My intelligence and abilities were rock bottom. I had no health insurance so i couldnt go to the doctor without incurring tens of thousands of dollars in debt.
