Wouldn't banning music by AI be depriving humanity of much better music?

Apps like Suno are getting better and better. The quality of the songs in version 4.0 is impressive. It's a matter of time before all music created by AI is superior to that created by humans. Kind of like when machines started to defeat the best chess players. Is depriving humans of these works of art in favor of musicians who are more concerned about their pockets and their income reserves right? It would be like banning computers to preserve the work of typists. Time will tell.
