Failed by a few marks- Advise on how to approach

So I failed by a few marks in my Step 3 and wanted to ask for advice on what should my strategy be on retaking the exam and how to study for it.

I want to take it soon like in a month and a half or two so would really appreciate sincere focused advice on how to handle this
