My steamdeck screen went black

Today I’ve unboxed my steamdeck but after selecting a time zone and language the screen went black I’ve tried resetting by holding power for ten seconds and then power and volume down until the chime but nothing works I can feel it on because of touchpad haptics but the screen is black it was just working normally before how do I fix this?
