So what does it mean when your request isn't delivered but it's been on their fanbox for a while

So in less than 24 hours the deadline for a request will come up. Missed the first one but they asked me to resend it so I do but now this one ends tomorrow. What's worst is that I see that's its on their fanbox for like 2 months. So... safe bet that I'm not seeing it huh?
