The side effects they don’t tell you about

I’m not trying to talk trash on semaglutide. Because I am currently on it. But I do want to ask if others have these side effects that are negative that nobody tells you about. I don’t know if it’s just losing weight in general that these side effects affect people.

I have been on this journey for nearly a year and have lost close to 100 pounds. I am 5’3 and currently weigh 163 first side effect was me losing my hair overnight. Like visible thinning (this all over). Almost like the same when I had a baby.

Also another side effect that I have occurred as a prolapsed rectum. (I’m mortified to ask my dr about this.) any advice is welcome. I don’t know if it is from frequently being sick to my stomach or from losing so much weight.

then I also felt like my knees and hips hurt more now than they did when I weigh 100 pounds more. Almost like I’ve lost all my cushioning lol.
