I will take my 3rd shot of semaglutide today! I have lost a little over 5 pounds so far. But- my energy is through the roof! I’m not sure if this has to do directly with the semaglutide or just the fact that I’m making better food choices and not stuffing myself at all meals. Either way I’m happy.

This morning I weighed in under 200 pounds for the first time in over 3 years 🙌🏻🥳 I’m telling myself it’s a sign for how the rest of 2025 will go.
