Is this a job offer?

I’ve been desperately trying for a wfh job and got this offer from ProteoTech. Legit site, but the LinkedIn is full of blank photo people. The email with the job description also seems too good to be true. They will send the equipment, I can make my own hours, and the pay is decent.

I just want to know if anyone else has heard of this company or anything like this?
